These are hard times for anyone making art. The way I see it, I’m happy for anyone listening and appreciating, and even understanding what I’m trying to communicate. Music for me, was never about ”blowing up” and trying to become a superstar. I just want to create music I can stand by, and is a part of me and who I am. If the message or vibe resonates with you, awesome, if not, no worries. I’m not here to force feed anyone, and that is, to be frank, a losing battle. Artists are probably the ones making the least in this whole music business, chasing streams, making content. I just want to make music and speak on things that matter to me. What I also want to do is to create music with other people. I love collabs, bringing in new people, spit on people’s beats.. all that. That’s what I want to do.
