23 years in the making, sort of. My friend James Hall, a.k.a. Jah Rhythm and I had a group in the earyl 2k:s, Weight Gain. We recorded a couple of songs, and performed live shows. Unfortunately we never released the songs we had, and went on to focus on our solo stuff. Not exactly sure what happened. James suddenly passed away about two years ago, and we had just talked about reuniting and making new music. When I found out about stem seperation it just struck me, let’s try to seperate our old vocals, get new production and tidy up this old mess and make something out of it. Uncle Guss a.k.a. Gurra G of Just D was onboard since we talked about the reunion, so he took it on and put it together.

This is for James, his partner Klara, who is featured on the song Fresh 2026 (an oldschool homage, made in 2003, so it’s now like an oldschool oldschool homage to the younger generation 😀 ) and to all of James’ family and friends.
